The rooms were spacious and tasteful with the balcony, and contemporary atmosphere...
Facilities were brand-new, however Wi-Fi was rather slow.

I loved the location which was close enough to the main square to be within walking distance but far enough away to be peaceful in the mountains. The staff were amazing, paying attention to my needs and requests, and the hotel facilities were exceptional, including the spa. The cleanliness was also on point.
Don't have any issues at all.

The Easter decorations were cute and welcoming. The room was cozy with a nice view of the mountains. The hot springs were definitely the highlight of the trip. The breakfast was tasty and had a variety of options. Plus, the afternoon tea was a delightful surprise.
The service was slow and sometimes inattentive. The AC in our room was not working, and even after multiple requests, it wasn't fixed.

I had an amazing stay here! The location on a peaceful hill with the most beautiful vantage point was breath-taking. The staff was fantastic. They offered many services, like airport shuttle, wake up service and tours/ticket assistance, making everything easy for me. The room was gorgeous and equipped with many amenities like electric blankets and dining table. I also enjoyed the leisure spa & wellness centre with outdoor swimming pool, full body massage and steam room. The sun terrace with sun loungers and garden area were relaxing places to take in the view of the surroundings.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel with excellent service, beautiful rooms, and great amenities.

The staff were amazing and went the extra mile for everything! Transfers, train assistance, and tours were all booked for us. We received a room upgrade and even a spare room for free. The view from the hotel was heavenly.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
